Lovely spacious Hotel, probably one of the best of our tour around Perth, Melbourne, Sydney & Auckland. Room was very spacious (We chose a Superior Twin Room). Restaurant for evening Dinner & Breakfast was excellent. We were on the 5th Floor, all very quiet up there. There is a superb 2-Tier relaxation area in the Reception area, which is massive, a good holding/waiting area. Only a 10-minute walk to the Sky Tower, and a further 10-minute walk to the Harbour where there are some great Restaurants & very cool Bars. We went to Wight & Wong`s, as well as Soul Bar, both in the Harbour area. Very close by, visit the Ferry Building, a big Orange-coloured brick building, a great place to eat & drink with fab Harbour views. Enter via the road side of the building, opens from Noon. Only a 25-30 minute Taxi ride from the main Airport. This cost about 70 AUD, £35. We had an issue with a Taxi driver wanting to charge too much for a short journey, so I went inside and spoke to Rupert, who diplomatically, firmly and skilfully solved the problem. Many thanks, Rupert! Overall, a very comfortable stay for 3 nights. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

A super comfortable bed and large bathroom with a full-sized bath and a separate shower. The large towels were amazing. We booked here as the booking site indicated the rooms were sound proofed, there was very little noise from outside noticed. However, we could hear some activity in the landing. We were close to the elevator. The cafe and restaurants looked amazing, I'm sure next time we will try them out. We walked around closed by and managed to find great places to eat, but I had some remorse and wished we had just stayed to eat breakfast at the restaurant. The Hotel is close to Auckland Town Hall and the Sky Tower. The reception staff as we arrived were lovely, even allowed up to check in an hour earlier. Overall, a lovely stay and we look forward to staying here again someday soon.

Lovely room. All essentials provided.( Iron/ board, hairdryer, fridge, safe ) AC worked, so often this is not the case. Bathroom had a great bath as well as shower. Fab water pressure. Comfortable bed, easy access to night light switch, again so often it's just out of reach. Car parking easy, hotel is attached to large public carpark. Park there and fees are reduced for hotel guests. Direct access from carpark into hotel Valet parking available for a fee, but really not needed. Staff helpful, extended my checkout time by an hour, which was just what I needed. Nice bar. Restaurant looked interesting but didn't dine in. Good location

How clean it was. How clear the signs were to go somewhere - directions from staff as well as signs on the walls. Easy parking that connects to the hotel. Easily accessible. How friendly and accomodating the staff were - we were on our way back to the room and a staff member asked if we were the ones that asked to have the league put on the tv upstairs, so he had gone to get the remote to turn it on without realising it was on the other tv. The pool was warm & changing rooms kept warm too. The cute little surprise that was delivered from staff of the hotel for my birthday.

The bed was massive and comfortable. My wife and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel itself was a few hundred meters from the Sky Tower, casino, and Queen St for shopping. The bathroom was big, with a shower and bath and also another toilet in the living area. The restaurant (ember)had great food and friendly staff as well. We also received complementary parking, which saved us quite a lot of money as parking can be expensive in the CBD.
